Text Message Terms

1. About this program

Plate Math LLC ("Plate Math," "we," "us") operates the Plate Math text message program (the "Program"). These SMS Terms are part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

2. What you are signing up for

If you opt in, we may text you:

• Account and transactional messages — sign-in codes, receipts, renewal and payment notices, and important account alerts.
• Program messages — onboarding tips, feature announcements, and pricing reminders about Plate Math.
• Promotional messages — offers, including founding-vendor and other limited-time pricing.

Message frequency varies, and will not exceed 10 messages per month unless you tell us otherwise or you request something that requires a reply.

3. Consent — what you are agreeing to

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you give your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Plate Math at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy anything from us, to create an account, or to use the Service.

You confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are the subscriber to, or the customary user of, the mobile number you gave us, and you are authorized to consent for it; and
• you will tell us promptly if that number changes or stops being yours — email [email protected]. Numbers get recycled, and we do not want to text a stranger.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send or receive. Check your plan. Plate Math does not charge you for the messages themselves.

5. How to stop — reply STOP

Text STOP to any message from us at any time to opt out. You may also text QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.

After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop sending you Program messages. If you keep receiving messages after that, email [email protected] and we will fix it.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your subscription, close your account, or stop email you have separately agreed to.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control.

T-Mobile and other carriers are not responsible for the content of the Program.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and your message history are handled under our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your mobile number. We share it only with the messaging provider that delivers the messages for us, and we keep a record of your consent and any opt-out for as long as the law requires us to be able to prove it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support the Program — such as our messaging provider — is limited to what is needed to deliver messages, and those parties may not use it for their own marketing.

9. Changes

We may change these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where required, sent to you. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept it.

10. Dispute resolution

Any dispute relating to the Program is governed by Section 15 of the Terms of Service, including the arbitration agreement, the class action waiver, and your 30-day right to opt out of arbitration.
